1. Terms

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing, browsing, or using the online courses, content, and services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by PrepTable (“School,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the Teachable platform, you (“User,” "student," "students," or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.
  2. Governing Law & Compliance
    You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Services, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the [State/Country] and the applicable federal laws of [Country], without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and treaties in connection with your use of the Services.
  3. Intellectual Property Notice
    All materials provided through the School, including but not limited to recorded lecture videos, worksheets, charts, tables, practice exam questions, text, graphics, logos, and images (collectively, the “Content”), are the exclusive property of PrepTable and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. The compilation of all Content is also the exclusive property of PrepTable and is protected by copyright law.
  4. Definitions
    For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the term “Lecture Package” refers to any discrete collection of Content offered for purchase, which may include one or more of the following: recorded lecture videos, worksheets, visual aids (including charts and tables), and practice exam questions. A “Domain Package” consists of multiple Lecture Packages as described at the point of purchase. The “Complete Program” includes access to all available Lecture Packages offered by the School.


2. Terms of Purchase and Paid Access Time

  1. Access and Duration. Upon payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the purchased lecture packages for the duration of the access time or access period specified at the time of sale. This license terminates automatically upon the expiration of the Access Time without further notice.
  2. Subscription and Automatic Renewal. By purchasing a monthly subscription, you authorize us (through our platform and payment processor, Teachable) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current subscription rate. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNTIL IT IS EXPLICITLY CANCELED BY YOU. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Teachable account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  3. Pricing Changes. We reserve the right to change the price of any product or subscription at any time.
  4. Lapsed Access & Pricing. Grandfathered or promotional pricing is contingent upon continuous enrollment. Any cancellation or termination of a subscription or access period—for any reason—nullifies any special pricing. Subsequent purchases or subscription renewals will be charged at the current prevailing rates at the time of the new transaction.
  5. Failed Payment and Termination. In the event a recurring subscription payment is declined, your access to the program will be immediately and automatically suspended.

3. PrepTable Free 45-Day Extension Policy

  1. Eligibility. This Free 45-Day Extension ("Extension") is available solely to students who purchase the "Pass the RD Exam Complete Program - 75-Day Access" ("Complete Program") on or after December 5, 2023. This offer is expressly limited to the specific product stated. Students who purchase individual domain packages, bundles thereof, or a monthly subscription to the Complete Program are explicitly excluded from eligibility for this Extension.
  2. Conditions for Eligibility. To qualify for the Extension, the student must:
  3. Have fully utilized the initial 75-day access period of the Complete Program.
  4. Have engaged with the Complete Program in its entirety, which includes viewing all recorded lectures, reviewing all supplemental materials, completing all worksheets, and attempting all practice exam questions.
  5. Have taken the RD Exam within 145 days of the original purchase date of the Complete Program - 75-Day Access.
  6. Have failed the RD Exam on the first attempt within 145 days of the original purchase date of the Complete Program - 75-Day Access.
  7. Request Process To obtain the Extension. an eligible student must:
  8. Submit a formal request via email to [[email protected]] within three (3) calendar days of the exam failure date.
  9. Provide verifiable proof of the exam failure, which must include the official CDR score report.
  10. Extension Period Terms
  11. The 45-day extension will commence upon verification of eligibility and approval by PrepTable.
  12. The student must complete the Extension period within 365 days of the initial purchase date of the Complete Program. Any request made after 365 days from the original purchase date shall be denied.
  13. Access during the Extension is granted under the same terms of use as the original Complete Program purchase.
  14. Limitation of Offer This Extension is a one-time, limited offer per eligible purchase. If a student does not pass the RD exam on the second attempt, any further access to the Complete Program will require a new purchase at the current prevailing price. PrepTable reserves the sole right to determine eligibility and to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.
  15. General Provisions PrepTable reserves the right to request additional information to verify eligibility and to deny the Extension if these terms are not met to our sole satisfaction. This policy is incorporated into and governed by the PrepTable Terms of Use.

4. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
  2. modify or copy the materials;
  3. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  4. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
  5. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  6. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server;
  7. screenshot, screen-record or audio-record any portion of the lecture packages;
  8. share, screen-share or transfer any portion of the lecture packages to others using technologies like Zoom, Google Conference Call, Facebook Live Video, Skype and etc.
  9. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by School at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on the School’s website are provided 'as is'. The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.


6. Limitations

In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorized of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.


7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The School may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. The School does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.


8. Links

The School has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the School of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.


9. Site Terms of Use Modifications

The School may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.


10. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
